About Community Wellbeing

We help people come home to themselves and engage with life. From facilitating groups in the community to corporate workshops or one-on-one counselling services, we are passionate about supporting people at their most vulnerable. Community Wellbeing specialises in counselling, neurodivergence, therapeutic circles, mindfulness and art therapy. We believe we can all benefit from engaging more with our environment, senses, imagination and creativity.

We celebrate all neurotypes and use neurodivergent affirming practices at Community Wellbeing. We are for the quirky, cool, fluid, non-conforming and creative. As a neurodivergent herself, Amelia is understanding and passionate about helping people feel safe to be their unique selves, build confidence, and self-esteem, find their passions and follow their dreams. Counselling

If you need some unique and personalised support, Amelia’s counselling can help. Her style is warm and grounding with a creative and mindful flair. Her mission is to empower her clients to take the steps toward their goals or transition through life’s ups and downs.
