Those dark days when negativity, sadness and depression wash over you are no fun at all, however, they can be deeply transformative if you ride them out and seek support.

I’m no stranger to having those days myself and helping others through them. The bittersweet thing about being a healer is you travel through the underworld, feeling and experiencing the depths of pain to understand your work better.

When you work with me, know that I feel deeply and have been to the many lonely places humans can go. I allow all my clients to sit in that space and find their own unique way forward with the gentle spiritual guidance I bring forward.

Most recently, when I went to this dark space, the way forward was to come back to the toolbox I have created for these times and pull out my most powerful practices. This reminded me of the powerful light within that I have not had the time to share with others.
